Hello, We are really excited about the device. We live in Germany, and shipping was super fast. The device was set up super quickly, and setting up the app worked well too. The handle got stuck right away, and we were desperate because the device comes from China and there's no German support. There was no response to our email to support, but we joined the Facebook group, and support responded super quickly. We were then sent a new rope with a handle, and we could start training 😃 We are both incredibly excited about the application and the concept. Everything fits into such a small space, great! Unfortunately, the ring let us down and keeps losing/losing connection to the device. But we were quickly helped with that, too; the new ring is already at the post office and will be delivered tomorrow. Contrary to all expectations, the customer service is perfect. You just need to be able to speak English or use the translation program on your phone. We personally think it was a very good purchase, despite one or two initial issues. The only thing that matters is that the service is good. And it works perfectly! We can 100% recommend the Speediance Gym Monster.

A fantastic training device with completely new possibilities. I'm a fitness trainer and have been training for three-quarters of my life, and the GM2 has pleasantly surprised me for the first time in a long time. Chain sets, negative sets, etc. are simply impossible to do under normal circumstances and on my own. The multitude of functions and apps is a bit overwhelming at first, but it also makes the whole thing exciting. The hardware is excellently built; both visually and haptically, everything is worth the money. I'm still "onboarding" the software, so I can't give a final verdict yet. The resistance runs super smoothly, and everything can be quickly configured (accessories, pulley position, incline bench, rowing machine, etc.). So far, no complaints, except for the delivery – the pallet weighed 180 kg and was simply dumped in your yard, without an appointment, no prior call, just an email "will be delivered soon" – and even with the delivery driver, we couldn't carry the main unit, which weighed over 80 kg, up to the second floor (unpacked) because all the weight is in the lower part (where the motors are located). SO: three people, and then it works :-) . Update will follow if necessary. By the way: Delivery was rather TOO fast for me; after a few days, EVERYTHING (nothing was missing!) was perfectly packaged and undamaged in my yard, much sooner than expected. Absolutely love this GymMonster - worth every single penny! Have been using this in combination with Built With Science program and already seeing results. I'm 57 years old and already in best shape of my life. Getting muscle and definition. Have this set up in a small workout room and love the space-saving format and that base folds up so can have floor free for stretching and other exercises. I also looked at the Tonal and this won hands down after I did my research - costs less, lifetime membership and easily moved if needed versus being semi-permanently bolted to a wall. They update software on regular basis so constantly improving it based on user feedback. 5 STARS and very pleased!

Super easy setup. Works great as expected, but 2 problems: 1) Apple music is playing but I cannot control it and 2) the bluetooth ring lost its connection.

A story of two tales After a severe heart attack and subsequent surgeries I needed to improve my cardio and strength and joined a gym. However, I wanted the ease and efficieny of having something also at home and found a couple of things. I got a Walking Pad X218 foldable treadmill that arrived promptly. A great product that I use every morning. On the Speediance EU site I then purchased a GM2. However, I was then informed it would take months to get a delivery as a current batch was not available. My rehab couldn’t wait and tried to cancel. At first it was a very difficult and cumbersome process where Speediance tried to ignore my wishes. Finally, when the matter had been escalated and I indeed was allowed to cancel, Speediance wanted to charge several hundred Euros in fees, merchant fees they called it, without presenting any proof of costs on their side. This was unacceptable of course and as I had paid via Klarna I contacted them. They said there were no such fees and sorted all this out with Speediance in no time, kudos to Klarna. Somehow I then managed to find a German site through speediance.com. I speak German so no problem. They also surprisingly seemed to be able to deliver a GM2 Family Plus almost right away so I proceeded with a new order still expecting the same result as before. However, they promptly sorted out my order and it arrived a couple of weeks ago. Everything was there including the adjustable bench and the rower too. The packaging was probably the best I have seen, ever, as everything was so well protected. It was heavy though, 191 kg alltogether according to DHL, and no carry service available. And it is still early days but the GM2 seems to be everything it promised to be. So sleek and space saving and providing me with everything I need for both cardio and strength. The screen and sound system are great as are the programs.
