PREMIUM CARE

Speediance Premium Care, 2 Year In-Home Service Plan

What's covered:

  • All mechanical and electrical faults covered for 2 years from delivery
  • A certified Speediance technician visits your home to diagnose and repair
  • If an on-site repair isn't possible, the full machine is replaced

How it works:

  • Contact our support team via phone, email, or live chat
  • We'll troubleshoot remotely first, most issues are resolved without a visit
  • If an in-home visit is needed, we'll schedule a technician at a time that suits you

Why it matters:

  • Third-party sellers cannot offer in-home servicing for Speediance machines
  • Without Premium Care, any physical repair requires shipping the machine back at your cost
  • Premium Care is exclusive to speediance.eu and cannot be added after purchase elsewhere

Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorised modifications.

Eligibility:

  • Home (non-commercial) use only, not available for commercial installations
  • Service coverage focused on metropolitan areas, very remote regions may incur an additional service surcharge

This plan is automatically included at no charge when purchasing directly from speediance.eu. It cannot be purchased separately or transferred to machines bought from third-party retailers.

Customer photo review of Speediance VeloNix

Recommended. Ordering, delivery, and setup all worked perfectly. This bike is, in my opinion, the best exercise bike in the world. No rattling, no squeaking, quiet and great sound with a huge range of routes and training content. Fantastic!

Velonix is the great addition to my Gym Monster 2 (Also worth it as a standalone machine). I can watch Netflix and workout at the same time. Perfect!

Speediance VeloNix

Customer photo review of Speediance VeloNix

Customer photo review of Speediance VeloNix

I dont recommend this product!!! After few days of use it doesnt connect with wifi anymore. I wrote to speediance support few weeks ago, but got no reply. There is also nothing written about this issue in manual instructions, and nothing useful on their web page. Bike is NEW and i CANT USE IT! Beside that…Monitor is shaking and moving too much even though its fixed and tightened.

Speediance VeloNix

The bike is great, but the app and bike screen seems to be unfinished. The app still displays some chinese words inbetween inglish words. The sound from instructor and the watt load is not quite in sync. It would also be nice to have a workout progress graphic on the screen that shows you the ideal watt and length of intervalls while performing a session.
