How about adding a quick workout for that specific muscle during that time? It's just that easy for me. Tap tap, connect accessory and get to workout. No plates, no free weights. Now that I am 8 months in, I have also seen so many updates to the software after taking feedback from the community, including ideas I sent it myself.
