Change of Mind Returns:

• 14-Day Peace of Mind: Ordered a unit and had a change of heart? It happens! If the unit remains unused and unopened, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it, as per EU consumer rights. If the item has been used, we will assess for damage or wear and tear and the usage charge deducted from your refund.
• Shipping Costs: For change of mind returns, the shipping costs both ways will be deducted from your refund. This ensures a fair policy for all our valuable customers.
• Merchant Fees: Merchant fees incurred by Speediance Europe may be deducted from your refund if deemed appropriate. We'll advise you what the merchant fees are prior to deducting them from your refund amount.

• Full 2-Year Coverage: We back every machine with a robust 2-year warranty, underscoring our unwavering belief in its quality.
• Immediate Replacement: Encounter an issue within the first 14 days of your machine’s arrival? We’re on it! We’ll promptly send you a brand-new replacement, aligning with EU consumer protection laws.
• Expert Repairs: Post the initial 14 days but within the warranty period, our adept technician is at your service for repairs. If a fix isn’t feasible on-site, we’re replacing the entire machine for you. For those residing in remote areas, we will strive to send a technician to you. However, if the remoteness of your location makes this impractical, we can also provide alternative solutions, or you may need to visit a metropolitan area for any necessary repairs.

Refund Time:

Your trust matters. Refunds, when due, are processed via the original payment method, typically taking 7-14 business days, contingent on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping:

For returns due to product issues, we bear the shipping costs. However, for change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping to our designated service center.

Replacement Fee:

Facing performance faults? We handle two-way replacement shipping. But once the warranty period concludes, two-way replacement shipping becomes the customer's responsibility. But worry not, our machines are engineered for endurance!
