Gym Monster 3 folds to a footprint of just 0.26 m² and needs no wall mounting. Unfolded it measures 122 × 69 × 185 cm.

Unbox it, connect it to power and turn it on. Complete the on-screen calibration if prompted, and you’re ready to train. No drilling or wall mounting.

You can train offline at any time. Connect to Wi-Fi for software updates, workout syncing and the full content library.

Gym Monster Ultra is 2.27 m tall when unfolded with the lat pulldown arms fitted. For pull-ups your head rises above the bar, so you need extra clear space above the machine. Measure your ceiling before you order and check for beams and lights. The product height alone isn’t a minimum ceiling height.

Dual 1000 W direct-drive motors deliver up to 120 kg of digital resistance in smooth 1 kg increments. The minimum is 3.5 kg.

33 in total: 1 top, 27 vertical and 5 bottom. The bottom pulleys follow your lower-body movement path instead of one fixed angle.

Yes. The integrated overhead station trains pull-ups and true vertical lat pulldowns. It also covers chin-ups, neutral grip pull-ups, assisted pull-ups and hanging knee raises.

Unfolded it needs 2.08 m² with the lat pulldown arms fitted, or 1.41 m² without. Unfolded with the arms it measures 1.66 × 1.26 × 2.27 m. Folded it takes 0.59 m².

It needs basic assembly: the upper arms and the screen attach on delivery. There’s no drilling or wall mounting.

Yes. Start and stop workouts, adjust the weight or mode, and pause classes by voice. Voice adjustment works only after voiceprint enrolment. You can also lower or release resistance with a voice command, completely hands-free.

Yes. It has a built-in lithium battery that you can charge while you train, for up to 8 hours of training per charge depending on use. The battery module is rated IPX5.

Yes. Gym Nano uses a standard carabiner-style connection point that works with virtually all commercially available cable attachments, including D-handles, rope attachments, straight bars and ankle straps. No proprietary accessories are required.

Yes. Gym Nano supports the Speediance Bluetooth Ring, so you can change resistance from your finger. The ring comes in the Advanced Accessory Pack.

Yes. Two units connect over Bluetooth and run in Twin Mode for bilateral training, higher combined resistance and a wider range of exercise combinations.

The main unit has 2 years of coverage. Accessories, consumables such as ropes, and the battery have 1 year. Normal battery capacity loss from regular use isn’t covered.

Gym Monster is the full home gym. Gym Nano is a portable cable machine you can take anywhere, so it adds to your setup instead of replacing it.

Yes, in the concentric and the eccentric phase. The machine keeps weight on the cable as it retracts, so you work against it on the way back too.

Spotter plus four modes. Standard holds a constant digital weight. Chains simulates the feel of real chains. Eccentric adds resistance when your muscles are at their strongest. Constant keeps a steady speed or resistance through the movement.

It lowers the resistance automatically when you might have reached your limit or overloaded yourself. Turn it on before you train. If you lose your grip on the handle or bar with weight on, the machine switches the weight off.

Yes. For overhead presses, move the pulley assemblies to the pedal. You can do both back squats and front squats.

Every machine has a 2-year warranty. The motor, screen and power supply are covered for 24 months from the day you receive it. If a fix isn’t possible on site, we replace the machine, and the warranty passes to a new owner if you sell it. Read the full warranty
