Overview
Gym Nano puts a direct-drive resistance engine, a touch display and a complete velocity-based training loop into a body you can carry in one hand.
Compatible with racks and extended mounting options. The versatile mounting system ensures it functions as a modular powerhouse within existing gym ecosystems or team environments.

Portable Smart Resistance System

Up to 100 kg of resistance with direct-drive precision. It acts as a smart power hub for your training, providing elite-level load for agility drills and strength work without the need for a full rack of plates.

Compact and truly portable — carry it with one hand for easy set-up and transport. It bridges the gap between the gym and the field, bringing pro-level tension to the track, the court, or wherever you train.

Gym Nano builds a complete VBT assess-train-validate loop driven by real-time data feedback. By precisely tracking core metrics like velocity, power and RFD, it makes every rep fully measurable and eliminates blind training.
Durable cable endurance and battery life, engineered for frequent, intense use. High-strength, abrasion-resistant composite steel-core cable designed for 50,000 cycles or more depending on conditions.

While it flawlessly simulates real-world physics, it goes further by providing intelligent, constant tension that traditional gravity-based weights simply cannot replicate.
Resistance modes
Motor-driven resistance means the load can change inside the rep. Pick a profile on the 10 cm touch display, or switch it mid-set from the Bluetooth ring without letting go of the handle.
Resistance that matches the weight you choose and holds it consistent through the whole range of motion. The baseline for straight strength work, and the mode most lifts start in.
Isolates the negative phase and increases the resistance as you return to the starting position, so the lowering phase carries more load than the lift. Eccentric overload without a spotter or a drop set.
The weight is gradually increased as you approach the top end of the movement, then releases on the way back down. The strength curve of a lifting chain, without the chain.
Provides a constant speed or resistance during the movement. A stable pace for technique work, tempo sets and safe rehab training where uncontrolled acceleration is the risk.
Caps the speed and matches the force you produce at every joint angle, so effort turns into load instead of momentum. Maximum output through the full range, with no eccentric overload to recover from.
Simulates sled push-and-pull resistance to build drive power, acceleration and full-body conditioning. No turf lane, no sled, no plates to load.
Curves are illustrative. Isometric testing runs in assessment mode, covered below. Isokinetic mode is delivered by an over-the-air update.
Engineered for performance
Every number on this page exists because a coach asked for it: longer range, faster cable, smaller increments, and data that survives the session.

Cable
Extended cable travel and high-speed output for longer range, faster pulls and genuinely explosive movement, free from the spatial limits of a fixed cable system.
High-strength, abrasion-resistant composite steel-core cable, fatigue-tested under maximum load and designed for 50,000 cycles or more depending on conditions.

Velocity-based training
Gym Nano closes the full assess, train and validate loop. Velocity, power and rate of force development are tracked live on the display and written back to your session history, so progression becomes a number rather than a feeling.

Omnidirectional
Designed for omnidirectional cable movement, so you are never locked into one fixed cable line. Rotational work, anti-rotation, acceleration drills and overhead patterns all run from the same mount.

Mounting
Adapt to different training spaces, set-ups and goals. Gym Nano attaches with a quick-release knob mount, slides along the upright, or clamps magnetically to 3×3 and 2×2 rack systems.
Compatible with metric 3×3 and true 3×3 racks (REP PR-4000 and PR-5000, Force USA C20, Rogue RML-390F, RML-490 and RML-490C, Rogue RML-3W Fold Back, VERVE Zen and Satori, VERVE Ozeki, VERVE wall-mounted folding rack) and 2×2 racks (Titan T-2, Force USA MyRack and G3, REP Altitude). Ask us about any rack that is not on the list.

Endurance
Up to 18 workouts on a full charge, based on 12 sets of 8 reps at 30 kg. Charge while you train and keep going through long, high-resistance sessions.
Battery life varies with resistance level and usage.

Portability
8.2 kg and 120 × 159 × 375 mm. Small enough for a carry-on suitcase, light enough to move between the rack, the pitch and the treatment room without a second pair of hands.

App
Session matrix, set-by-set breakdown, historical trends and visualised progression. Track consumption, output, motion capacity, intensity and muscle-group readiness in the Speediance app on iOS and Android.
Isometric strength test
Run a short isometric hold and Gym Nano returns five objective numbers. Test, train against them, then re-test to validate the block, instead of guessing whether it worked.

Yes. Gym Nano uses a standard carabiner-style connection point that is compatible with virtually all commercially available cable attachments, including D-handles, rope attachments, straight bars and ankle straps. No proprietary accessories required.
Gym Nano has a built-in lithium battery. It is engineered for frequent, heavy use and allows charging while in use. The battery module is rated IPX5.
No. The device operates very quietly; the noise level during operation is rated at 60 dB or below.
The total digital weight range is 3.5 to 100 kg. When fine-tuning a set, resistance adjusts in minimum increments of about 0.45 kg (1 lb).
Yes. Gym Nano supports the Speediance Bluetooth Ring, so you can change digital resistance from your finger without returning to the screen. That matters most on squats, deadlifts, bench presses and any movement where your hands are occupied.
Yes. Two units connect over Bluetooth and run in Twin Mode for bilateral training, higher combined resistance and a wider range of exercise combinations. We recommend buying a pair if that is how you intend to train.
Gym Nano is designed for all fitness levels.
Yes. We plan to open the API in the future.
Gym Nano includes 2-year coverage for the main unit and 1-year coverage for accessories, consumables such as ropes, and the battery. Normal battery capacity loss from regular use is not covered.
Gym Monster is positioned as a smart home gym system. Gym Nano is a portable cable machine built for mobile, multi-angle and specialised supplemental training, which makes it a flexible addition rather than a duplicate purchase.
Gym Nano launches in Europe on 9 September 2026. It is not orderable yet - join the waitlist above and we will email you the moment it goes live, with launch pricing and delivery windows.
