Due to the high demand for Speediance products, they are sometimes available on pre-order. This page serves to update you on the status of your pre-order. For all other products not on pre-order, please refer to our usual shipping policy timeline.

This page is designed to provide transparency regarding any delays or issues affecting orders, supply chain disruptions, and to keep you informed about the current status of pre-order dispatch dates. We generally add a few days on top of the pre-order date to account for any occasional delays, ensuring our dispatch dates are 99% accurate. This page serves as a further daily update on the current dispatch status.

Pre-Orders for 12th of July

All orders for the 12th of July pre-order date have been delivered.

Pre-Orders for 14th of August

All pre-orders scheduled for dispatch on the 14th of August have now been dispatched.

All pre-orders scheduled for dispatch on the 21th of October are proceeding as planned with no delays.

Important Information About Pallet Deliveries

Please note that pallet deliveries are handled differently than regular postal items sent via air freight. Pallets require forklifts for movement and tail lift trucks for loading and unloading, involving different logistical methods. These deliveries are transported via road trucks, which means the process may take longer compared to standard postal items.

We cannot provide an update 1 day into the specified 1-4 day shipping timeline. If your order has passed the outlined delivery timeline specified in the shipping option (e.g., 1-4 business days), please contact us at hello@speediance.eu.

We have successfully delivered thousands of Speediance units to satisfied customers worldwide, continuously refining our systems to ensure the best service. We use DHL Freight because they are extremely reliable and accommodating for deliveries. This update page is here to keep you informed with the utmost transparency. We will always do our best to deliver your unit as quickly as possible, but if there is any delay beyond our control, you are always welcome to request a refund if your circumstances have changed.
