Our Outstanding Warranty Promise
Full 2-Year Coverage: We back every machine with a robust 2-year warranty, reflecting our confidence in its quality and your rights under EU consumer law.
Expert Repairs: Our technician is available for on-site repairs. If a fix isn't possible on-site, we will replace the entire machine. For remote areas, islands or other non-mainland metro areas, we will arrange a technician visit or support repairs in a nearby service location or we may offer guidance with self-service guides and spare parts shipped to your address.
A Machine Like No Other: User-friendly and ultra-reliable, our equipment features fewer moving parts than traditional machines, reducing wear and tear. The motor is rated for 10,000+ hours, enough for 1-hour daily workouts for 20 years.
Self-Service Simplified: Easy-to-follow video tutorials make self-servicing straightforward. After the warranty period, we provide parts at cost. Prefer professional servicing? Our certified technicians are available to help.
Innovative Features: Our smart machine adjusts weight instantly from 100kg to 0kg. If weight is dropped, it auto-adjusts in real time, minimising wear and demonstrating superior engineering.
General Warranty Coverage
Speediance guarantees that your product, when used, operated, and maintained according to the provided instructions, will be free from material and workmanship defects throughout the warranty period. If defects arise during the warranty period, Speediance will provide free repair or replacement in accordance with EU consumer law, including Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods.
Under EU law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. During the first 12 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless Speediance proves otherwise. During months 13 to 24, you may need to demonstrate that the defect existed at delivery. In addition to your statutory rights, Speediance provides the commercial warranty described in this document.
The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through official Speediance channels or authorised distributors and is intended for personal or household use. For commercial use, a separate commercial warranty agreement must be arranged.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the day you receive your product.

If no proof of receipt is available, the warranty starts 30 days from the product's factory delivery date. Please note that your statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU law runs from the date of delivery regardless of this provision.
Conditions for Free Warranty Service
- The product was purchased from an official or authorised distributor.
- The defect is due to materials or workmanship and arose within the warranty period.
- Valid proof of purchase and product serial number (SN) are provided.
- The product has not been subject to unauthorised disassembly, modification, misuse, or unauthorised installation.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty. Please note these exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under EU law:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, installation errors, unauthorised repair, modification, or disassembly.
- Cosmetic damage not resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Normal wear and tear, including performance degradation from regular use.
- Damage from environmental factors such as extreme temperature, corrosion, or electromagnetic interference.
- Data loss resulting from failure to back up data prior to repair.
- Damage caused by operating outside specified guidelines or in extreme environments.
- Force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
- Products used commercially without a commercial warranty agreement.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Contact Speediance via email at hello@speediance.com within 2 months of discovering a defect. Note: under EU law you must notify us within a reasonable time, and waiting longer than 2 months may affect your commercial warranty claim, though your statutory rights remain unaffected. Include your product serial number (SN) and proof of purchase. We will provide instructions for troubleshooting or return arrangements.
Logistics Costs
Speediance covers logistics costs for warranty-approved repairs or replacements. Under EU law, any repair or replacement will be carried out free of charge, including postage, labour, and materials. All shipping or service charges for ineligible claims remain the customer's responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal
If you purchased your Speediance product online or through another distance selling channel, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@speediance.com before the 14-day period expires.
Wear and Tear
Items such as the cables may wear down with normal use. Issues including thinning, cracks, or fraying are not covered under warranty. We recommend regular inspections and prompt replacement for safety. Replacement parts are available at cost, though labour and travel may be charged.
Data and Privacy
Speediance is not liable for data loss. Please back up all data prior to sending any device for repair. All personal data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
Speediance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU or applicable national law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this warranty.
Commercial Use
Products used for commercial purposes require a separately arranged commercial warranty. Please contact us directly to discuss options.
General Provisions
- Returned products must be packaged according to Speediance instructions to avoid damage in transit.
- Speediance retains the right to handle unclaimed products in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including applying reasonable handling or storage fees.
Changes to Warranty
We reserve the right to update this warranty policy. Any changes will apply only to products purchased after the update date and will not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
