This has exceeded my expectations. I'm a regular gym goer but find it difficult to find someone to care for my toddler while I go to the gym. Now I get it done at home and it's saved me heaps of time but still gives me a great workout. Works great, feels natural and lots of great programs!

The quality and handling have more than convinced me. I felt well looked after from the moment I ordered it, everything comes excellently packaged and is easy to set up. The design is very solid and high quality. You can already look forward to the next training session. Since I could only research online, I had hoped that the Gym Monster was the right thing for me. Now I am absolutely delighted and would recommend it without reservation.

The Speediance Gym Monster is by far the most convenient home gym I have ever owned. It does everything in a compact machine. Very easy to switch from one exercise to the next. And I can do all the exercises I did in the gym. The implementation of the weights is great, I love the chains and spotter 2 mode .I love this device!

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 5490 reviews.
Absolutely love it. As someone who doesn’t like to go to a commercial gym, but wants those commercial gym results; this is the real deal. It’s super easy and versatile to use. And it truly is a complete gym. What started out as just for me; my husband now also uses it and loves it.
Here's my transformation thus far using speediance (and watching what I eat!!). Before pics were taken July 30th and after ones today. My first workout on the gym monster was July 29th. I'm getting more muscle and definition, but most importantly I feel stronger, my stability has improved, and I just feel good! Still have a weight goal I'm trying to reach. Happy Sunday, keep your motivation high and power through those days that you want to quit! ☺️
Very satisfied with the equipment and the service team support during startup. My wife find it inconvenient to use a training center so I bought her the gym monster for her 70 year birthday. We placed it in front of the television so now she has started training. I have for the last 12 years used a weekly training session with a PT, and will continue with that, but find it very convenient to do 2- 3 more trainings in between with the monster gym, that have a lot of of premade programs that I can adjust easily to fit my strength. I am 72, and guess this will add years of health to both my wife and myself. Probably we will by another unit for our weekend house. Thank you and hope the best for your company:)
Love my Gym Monster. It saves so much space. I was able to replace all my free weights and power rack. It allowed me to move my home gym out of the hot garage and inside the house. The machine is so versatile. I haven't found any lifts I can't do on it and it also does rowing and skiing exercises.
I absolutely love my gym pal! The ability to be able to use it in such a small space and have it out of the way for the rest of the day is awesome! I've already noticed improvements in my ability to lift much heavier since I've started with it in September. If you're on the fence with not knowing if this machine will be worth it or not it's definitely worth it. I've been able to create custom workouts with it as well enjoy the already made templates it offers.
I’ll be straight to the point: the Speediance Gym Monster 2 is a fantastic machine. Versatile, solid, and designed for people who actually want to train seriously at home — without crowded gyms, schedules, or excuses. Pull movements, legs, core, accessories, progressions… everything in one single piece of equipment. No changing weights, no iron scattered on the floor, and instant load adjustments. The workout flows, and the machine adapts to you — not the other way around. It doesn’t try to be perfect at everything; it focuses on being very good at what it’s meant to do. The guided classes and training programs are another huge strength. These aren’t random videos thrown in for show — they’re well-structured workouts that keep you consistent and remove the daily “what should I train today?” decision fatigue. The Bluetooth ring is simply brilliant. Being able to increase or decrease weight in real time, turn the load on and off without breaking position — anyone who trains seriously immediately understands how valuable this is. The spotter mode is pure gold. When your strength fails, the machine assists you. It adds safety, lets you push closer to your limits, and makes solo training at home genuinely safe and effective. The Speediance is not a fitness toy or an overpriced gimmick. It’s a serious tool for people who want real results, consistency, and fewer excuses. It’s not hype. It’s usability. And that matters. 💪🏽
Just finished my second strength test. My strength has gone up 20-30 lbs in all exercises in only a few months. I’ve only been using the speediance since then. No other weight based exercises.
Exactly what I needed. Compact. Fun. Full gym in small corner of room. Entire family using it. Screen makes it more enjoyable and kids compete against each other. The support is great too. Rapid responses and solutions. I hope this continues, cause it’s first class.
This product has definitely changed my life and its value for the better! It's simply unbelievable how much I still enjoy training on it 3-4 times a week after just over two months! This not exactly cheap piece of sports equipment is definitely worth the money! I'm 49 years old and I've seen measurable success in the statistics regarding my body measurements. The device was recommended by a friend who now owns it. Please keep it up and don't get tired of updating and developing!
Geweldig apparaat! Kortom. Helemaal gelukkig met de Speediance Gym Monster 2.
I’m loving my new home gym setup! I bought the Speediance I’ve completed a week of a total body muscle building program and I’m in love with it!!! The machine coupled with the workouts are easy to follow. A huge bonus for me, living with rheumatoid arthritis makes working out and following a trainer-led program difficult, but I’ve found it not to be an issue at all! Additionally, the Official Speediance Community is an excellent source of information, support, and more!!
It’s like a gym. Being 2 working parents going to the gym was not doable anymore. Since we got this, we’re able to work out every day, no excuses to miss the gym. There are thousands of exercises, pre built programs (which I find amazing) and free mode.
The Speediance Smart Gym is amazing. It has cut down my work out times by nearly half with better, more targeted results. And the space saving from traditional weight set ups is incredible. Very happy with my purchase.
I am extremely happy with the Speediance GM 2, it has been one of the best investments I have made for my health. I have been using it daily for the past month, and I genuinely look forward to every workout. I can already see and feel improvements in my body, which is highly motivating and keeps me consistent. The setup was very easy, everything is well organised, and the system is intuitive to use. The overall build quality and design are excellent, and the workouts are engaging and effective. Customer service has also been great, which adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their fitness and health in a structured, motivating way.
I've been using the product for about 6 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. Because it fits in the office, excuses like "no time" and "no space" are no longer possible, so I can finally get back to exercising after years!
I got my Speediance Gym Monster around Halloween 2023, so as I write this review it's nearly 8 months that I have been using the machine for my strength training. So far 7600 minutes of total workout, and over a million pounds of workout volume, using it 4-6 days a week since purchase. I can't say enough good things about it. So many things have changed in my lifestyle, health and strength - I have a lot more desire to workout. The convenience of just using the large-sized touchscreen display to configure what I want to do, and it's just the cables and one accessory for the type of workout I'm doing makes all excuses to workout go away. I work from home, so I find myself adding a 1 15-30-45 min workout here in there. I have an audiobook/podcast to listen to ? How about adding a quick workout for that specific muscle during that time? It's just that easy for me. Tap tap, connect accessory and get to workout. No plates, no free weights. Now that I am 8 months in, I have also seen so many updates to the software after taking feedback from the community, including ideas I sent it myself. Pretty cool, because it can only get better from here as they have shown they're highly interested in taking ideas and executing them. So many updates so far. When I made the decision to purchase, and comparing with others, I didn't want another monthly subscription. I already pay for two other fitness companies for Peloton and Aviron, I wasn't looking for more. And Speediance gave/is giving lifetime membership. I never felt this looking forward to workout as I am now after a long time of lack of motivation for strength training. These six months have been amazing and it's cool that I can do progressive overload myself with high precision of how many pounds I want to. Also simplifies pyramiding. It's pretty annoying to do this with free weights, right? Looking forward to another year of more workouts.
Great thing. It's a lot of fun and the eccentric training is particularly effective. Even my son, who used to go to the gym 4 times a week, uses it several times a week. I can recommend it without reservation.
Bought the Gym monster in February 2024, received in March. Previously had a full rack with free weights that never got used. Once I received the Gym monster I started using it daily 5-7 times a week, from quick 5 minute HIIT workouts to long lifting sessions. The fact I can easily switch weights and workout quickly with plans I can follow or customize has kept me going. Where before I would stare at the old rack wondering what I wanted to do and how much weight did I want to move around. This has definitely made my life easier and keeps me working out! Easily 5 stars up to this point!!
It starts with a very well packed/protected delivery, a easy Assembly and ends with a high quality gym machine. Perfect!
We pretty much bought every Speediance product for our new gym. Have not yet tried everything but so far so good - the pal works great and allows us to work out simultaneously. Switching between exercises is much quicker now, so easier to get an efficient workout in within a shorter time frame.
Poignées ergonomique. Super grip. Top
It is like night and day if you vompare this ti the ones that came with the GM2. Better and thicker grip. And it comfirm with vibrator in the handle when you push the button.
Solid quality! Nice addition to an already great workout machine.
Amazing handle including activation weight
Perfekt zu trainieren 🏋️♀️
Goede grip, premium kwaliteit
It’s amazing! Perfect to store all the accessories. Slick design and high level quality
Toller Organizer - sehr stabil und hervorragender Qualität.
Love it, keeps the accesories tidy and the floor protected. Highly recommend.
Molto utile, puoi conservare tutti gli attrezzi in pochissimo spazio
Cleans up the room really good. Super Stable platform
Sehr empfehlenswert.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much ceiling height do I need for pull-ups?
The Gym Monster Ultra is 2.27 m tall when unfolded with the lat pulldown arms fitted. For pull-ups, your head rises above the pull-up bar at the top of the movement, so you need additional clear space above the machine for your head. A ceiling that only just clears the product is not high enough for pull-ups.
Before ordering, measure your ceiling height and allow enough extra clearance for your full movement, including above your head. Check for beams, lights and other overhead obstructions too. The extra clearance needed varies by user; the product height alone is not a minimum ceiling-height recommendation.
How quickly can I set it up?
Gym Monster Ultra needs basic assembly: the upper arms and the screen attach on delivery. Connect it to power, complete the on-screen calibration if prompted, and you are ready to train. No drilling or wall mounting.
