Cette ceinture est top! Certains exercices sont beaucoup plus confortables avec elle : squats, fentes bulgares, fentes… je peux mettre plus de poids qu’avec la barre, ça ne fait pas mal au cou ni aux épaules. Je suis plus stable dans mes mouvements, j’ai plus d’équilibre. Je suis satisfaite de cet achat. Elle est assez chère mais je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat!

Ceinture ergonomique. Très non confort. Il y a plusieurs points d'accrochage pour ajuster au mieux la ceinture en fonction du mouvement. (Manque juste un peu de maintien au niveau des limbaires mais c'est un détails) top

the velcros on the belt are not strong enough and also cannot fit people who has bit bigger waste. I need to double the belt with my leather belt to be able to use it. I think it is worth it to rethink the design.

De belt is aan de smalle kant en dan ben ik niet dik. Heb hem zelf verlengd met een breed klittenband. Was die wat langer was die 5 sterren. Mochten jullie eens nieuw equipement willen ontwikkelen voor de Speediance, dan zou een triceps/ biceps bar geweldig zijn. Ik voeg er nu een via de adapter aan toe maar van Speediance zelf zal veel leuker zijn en zeker minder lomp dan de gevallen van derden.

Zusätzliche Verzollung verteuert das Produkt extrem. Das sollte durch Speediance erledigt werden!!

Value for money (139€) for the SPEEDIANCE hip belt was not great. Due to delivery problems for the SPEEDIANCE belt, I had to wait 6+ weeks for delivery. I ordered myself another, initially « temporary » belt that turned out to fit a lot better and appears to be higher quality, too… for 21€.

Beide Teile top.Vor Allem der Gürtel. Man hat im Alter den Vorteil,daß Kniebeugen Rücken -schonender gemacht werden können. Auch die Griffe sind gut,um das Gewicht an oder auszuschalten.
